Cleary Contracting is a family owned business formed by Pat & Mairead Cleary in 1983 in Randalstown Northern Ireland. Initially established doing small construction works, the business has evolved to completing multi-million pound award winning complex construction projects across both private and public disciplines in the commercial, fit-out, transport and civil engineering sectors.
Jonathan & Ryan joined the family business in 2005, they started at site level and progressed through diverse roles to the their current key positions. Jonathan now Operations Director and focuses on operational efficiency and strategic growth initiatives, driving Cleary Contracting into new markets and opportunities. Complementing Jonathan’s strategic role, Ryan became Project Director. His proficiency in project execution, risk management, and client relations has solidified their reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.
With an impressive track record of consistent growth and financial stability, increasing their management team to 40 members over the last two decades whilst increasing their supply chain to ~200-250.

In recent years Cleary’s have delivered >400,000 sq.ft. of retail space, >300,000 sq.ft. of warehousing, eight operating theatres, four hospital ward blocks, and >500,000 sq.ft. of surfacing for clients.
