Scope
Creation of new pit for CNC water jet machine to manufacture aeroplane wings.
- Pit measured 10m wide x 28m long x 3m deep
- Completed alongside factory operations behind shrink wrapped scaffolding divide
- Removal of floor slab by saw cutting for no vibrations
- Installation by our team 6.5m long steel sheet piles to form cofferdam
- Bulk excavation 1100m3 from inside factory
- Installation 140nr mini piles and placed 550m3 concrete RC base with resin finished floor
